PRIME BIKE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a registered limited liability company, situated at No. 125, Herbert Macauley Road, Ebute-Metta (East) Lagos, Nigeria was incorporated on the 7th day of November 2003, established under the Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990, Company Limited by Shares. It imports, exports, distributes, manufactures automobiles, spare parts and general goods. Since the very beginning of the establishment of the company, Prime Bike International Limited has been producing products of high quality. It distributes products such as Sanyang CG 125 Motor Cycle, spare parts, tyres, tubes, engine oil.
In 1962, in technical cooperation with HONDA, Sanyang became the first motorcycle manufacturer in Taiwan. For more than forty years, Sanyang has grown strongly and continuously. Now it becomes the top manufacturer both in automobile and motorcycle, with its longest history and excellent achievement.
In 1997, Sanyang was ranked as No. 1 motorcycle manufacturer both in domestic sales and export in Taiwan. Its factory is fully equipped with automatic, precise equipment to manufacture high quality motorcycles and cars at reasonable low cost, and has won awards as recognition for its outstanding performances in automation and quality control. It obtain awards such as control award of the Minister of Economic Affairs from the Chinese Society for Quality, obtained ISO 9001 certification for motorcycles and ISO 9002 certification for automobiles, obtained award for outstanding industry technical development from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, cited as an outstanding enterprise in 1996.
In 1999, Sanyang had successfully passed the first Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) certification all over the world for the quality, environmental protection, safety and sanitation
The Sanyang CG 125 Motor Cycle has a red arrowhead logo which emphasizes creativity, speed and advancement. The arc symbol expresses the agility of motorcycle. The slanting stroke forms a fixed plinth, showing the stability, reliability and imposing vigor of SYM products. SYM is the abbreviation of SANYANG MOTORCYCLE. The whole image of SYM expresses vigorous youth and the creative leading technology. The rich strokes reflect the great power and potential upright force of SYM. The whole image expresses the traditional nature of hardness and reliability. SYM is like a ready arrow drawn back on its bow, poised to launch towards its target. We have combined the latest technology with plenty of creativity to ensure that the New Century and the New Dream belong to the motorcycle.
The mechanical processing workshop has advanced CNC digital control equipments mostly from Japan and Germany, which has the advantages of high precision, multi-function, large capacity and high automation. An advance painting equipment have been introduced such as auton water-saving pre-treatment equipment, automatic paint recycling system, automatic roasting temperature control system, exhaust system and water curtain painting workshop. It can make the painting not only have good quality but also to meet the requirement of the environmental protection.
The Research and Development (R & D) Division was established in 1978 and it has more than 200 enthusiastic competent experts. Research scope covers motorcycle body styling, engine design, frame design, electrical system and also covers the systemizing of the entire motorcycle with an aim to meet the requirements of the overseas and Nigerian market.
